TRACE MERCH
Privacy information
Who handles your inquiry
Trace Merch is an independent software and services business in development, not a government service. For questions about your information or to request deletion, contact hello@dpppath.com.
What we collect and why
When you send an inquiry, we collect your name, work email, company, selected product category, optional message, contact permission and a request reference. We use this information to respond, discuss your needs and potential early access, and keep a record of the conversation. We do not sign you up for a newsletter. Please do not submit sensitive personal information, confidential product documents or payment details.
Your choice and rights
We ask for your permission to contact you about this inquiry. You can withdraw that permission or request access, correction or deletion by emailing us. Withdrawal does not affect earlier lawful processing. Where applicable, you may also request restriction or portability and complain to your local data-protection authority. We use limited technical information for our legitimate interest in preventing abuse and maintaining the service.
How the form works
The website and inquiry service use Amazon Web Services (AWS). The inquiry is recorded in an access-restricted database in the United States (Ohio), then an email notification is sent through Amazon SES to our Namecheap Private Email inbox. These providers process information to operate their services. No mailbox password or service credentials are included in the website. We do not send an automatic confirmation email to the visitor.
Retention and international processing
Inquiry database records are scheduled for deletion after 90 days; automated deletion may take a few additional days. Abuse-prevention counters use a daily hashed network address and expire after two days. Application logs expire after 14 days and are not intentionally populated with inquiry contents. Email copies and replies remain in our business mailbox for handling the conversation; contact us to request their deletion. Processing by AWS and Namecheap can take place outside your country, including in the United States. This site does not promise EU-only data storage.
Photos, links and browser data
Photos load from Unsplash, which receives ordinary request information such as your IP address. See Unsplash’s privacy policy. Linked publishers operate their own websites. We do not add analytics, advertising trackers or newsletter tracking. The form does not store your inquiry in local storage or session storage, although your browser may retain autofill information. Hosting providers may process technical request logs to deliver and protect the site.
